Kristin Cunningham DDiv, CLC, RYT, founder of Salt & Sage Holistic Health (formerly Alchemy of the Sacred Heart), was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and is grateful to have had the opportunity of living in several places such as Chicago, Reno, Las Vegas, San Diego, and New York. She grew up in a family who held their spirituality close to their hearts, feeling the importance to constan

tly explore and expose her to all realms of beliefs and practices. Her parents recognized her intuitive gifts at an early age and gave her the space to develop and fine tune them so she may use these gifts to help others. Later in life, Kristin discovered she is from a long line of Rosicrucians (the study and practice of metaphysical laws that are believed to govern the Universe) and holds this history and way of living close to her heart. Together, with her Catholic upbringing, intuitive gifts and family lineage, she is open to all religions, practices and beliefs and understand the value that each client holds close their hearts. Because of this understanding, Kristin became an Ordained Officiant in 2008 and was awarded with a Doctor of Divinity Degree in 2021. She now serves the community with intuitive readings, personal advisement for individuals, couples & families, blessings & cleansings and life event ceremonies. In 2009, Kristin found herself living with an unidentified illness that eventually took over her whole body. After seeing over 20 medical doctors, her medical issues were still a mystery. She knew in her heart that there was something outside of traditional Western Medicine that could not only help her, but many others as well. She quickly discovered Harmonyum Healing, a Bio-Metaphysical Healing modality founded by World Renowned Naam Yogi and Spiritual Master, Dr. Joseph Michael Levry. After receiving treatments, she experienced a shift and transformation of a lifetime that ultimately created one of her deepest passions and became a certified Harmonyum Practitioner in order to share this divine healing system with others. In 2010, she became a certified Naam Yoga® Therapies Instructor and finds deep joy in teaching Naam Yoga® to individuals of all ages and levels. By using the power of sacred sound & mantra, mudras, breath and movement, Naam Yoga® brings a healing and transformational experience to everyone who crosses its path. She teaches a variety of classes, in a group or private setting and can design and teach a specific class to accommodate any personal, physical, mental, emotional and/or spiritual needs. For over 20 years, Kristin has been studying and guiding others with Meditation, Universal Kabbalah, Spiritual & Life Coaching, and Naam Yoga® Therapies. She continues to further her knowledge of alternative healing and is also certified in several other modalities such as, Medicinal Oil Therapy, Ayurvedic Medicine, Sound Healing, Astrology and Herbal Apothecary, which she uses to enhance the experience of each session. She has spent most of her life as a model, actress and voice-over artist to which she owes her continued success within the industry to her daily practices and applications of these Universal theories. Her goal is to constantly share the gift of service and create opportunities for others to heal and transform, through all of these beautiful healing modalities that the Universe continues to bless us with.

As a life learner, Kristin continues to further her knowledge of alternative healing and is also certified in several other modalities such as, Medicinal Oil Therapy, Ayurvedic Medicine, Sound Healing, Astrology and Herbal Apothecary, which she uses to enhance
the experience of each session. Her goal is to constantly share the gift of service and create opportunities for others to heal and transform, through all of these beautiful healing modalities that the Universe continues to bless us with.

Kristin is also the co-founder and owner of HumbleBee Farms and The Depot Market, both located in the heart of Lyons Falls.
