Phitness Plus Nathalie Online Fitness Trainer - Personal Trainer Hi my name is Nathalie. Coach Wood's Online Training is a tremendous concept that I'm proud of being part of.

Online training allows you to have a personal trainer with you anywhere you go. This online program is not only easy to get access too but also very pratical especially for someone with a busy lifestyle who wants to stay in shape. I really enjoy being a personal trainer at Phtness Plus. Most importantly I like to show my clients that they can accomplish anything when it comes to living a healthy l

ifestyle. I majored in Sport Management and I also played college basketball. I know that being healthy and fit can improve your quality of life. I train all ages in clients. I teach my clients proper training using correct form for each exercise. You will have a great time, fun sessions and I’m looking forward to helping you get started on a more active and healthier you! There are many reasons why I enjoy training at Phitness Plus but one of the main reasons is that Phitness Plus is not a common fitness gym. Here, you actually have the chance to connect with people. Not only do I get the chance to train my clients on one on one training sessions but I also enjoy training beside them during group classes , which is great because they get to see me working hard as well. My experience here at Phitness Plus is tremendous! I get to workout with people who care about fitness as much as I do and I get to teach my clients to feel the same way. We are a big family at Phitness Plus and it is always exciting to see new people joining the group. We all have different personalities but when it comes to fitness and healthy living we all have the same goals for our clients. I have always been very active. When I was done playing basketball I felt that I had a lot to offer. Training others and helping them to achieve their goals is my way to share a message with the world >. Helping others to be fit, to feel good about themselves, help them experience a healthier lifestyle is what motivates me to be the best trainer that I can be. I also get to learn new things every day, for my own experiences. To my opinion health means everything in one’s life. Being healthy allows you to enjoy moments of life without worrying about trying to fix what is already preventable in the first place. I want to be and stay healthy in order to take advantage of each and every moment that life has reserve for me.
