Alessandro Falca was born in Italy in 1981. Predisposed to the most various forms of Art since his childhood, he began his academic career at the University of Florence, majoring in Interior Design first, then specializing in Industrial Design and finally graduating with a Bachelor´s Degree in Architecture. His family is of noble origins: the Falca family tree was established in 1202 in Piedmont,
Italy. In 1821, led by Captain Francesco Falca, the family settled on the Island of San Pietro, Sardinia, an enchanting town that the Company is now named after:
- "Memento Audere Semper" is my family´s coat of arms, meaning ´Always remember to dare´. This is the motto that drives both my business and my daily life, and so far it has taken me to the most exciting projects and unexpected places". Cosmopolitan par excellence, he pursues his passions with perseverance, courage and willingness, stimulated by the many facets of diversity:
- "I live where the inspiration of the moment brings me, be it Florence, Rome, Stockholm or the other side of the globe...". The ideal that dominates his existence is living each day to the full, absorbing every little nuance and emotion:
- "... that’s why it is essential for me to come and go freely, taking with me only the bare minimum: a sketch pad, a map and a refrigerator for the Champagne!
