It has been an extremely busy 7 months since I last posted. Here's some of the completed jobs so far this year, from built-in storage units left ready for decorating to full kitchen refurbs, new floors, and utility rooms built incorporating a toilet and sink.

26/01/2024

Kitchen relocation completed. An unused lounge has a change of use turning it into a lovely kitchen to the rear of this property. Electrical work and some plumbing completed by LNE Electrical and Plumbing, plastering completed by Prestige Plastering. Howdens kitchen with grey mirror chip quartz worktops. New LVT herringbone flooring fitted too.

Couple of jobs completed. New composite decking fitted after replacing rotten framework with a new shed supplied and installed. Kitchen revamp including wall paneling, solid oak worktops and ceramic sink. Purpose made shelving units to customers requirements finished ready for painting by the client.

Before and after shots of a kitchen installation completed with help from LNE electrical and plumbing for the electrical alterations and Signature Property Services who fitted the new laminate flooring and M.L. Gas Services for the gas alterations. Kitchen and flooring supplied by Howdens Joinery, plastering completed by customers own contact.

Before and after pictures of another kitchen refurbishment I completed recently. Kitchen designed and supplied by Howdens, Quartz worktops supplied by the customers own supplier, electrical alterations completed by LNE plumbing and electrical, plastering completed by Martin Jackson.

Kitchen refurbishment completed recently with LNE electrical and plumbing and a helping hand from Signature Property Services with the rip out.

Recently completed utility and garage storage make over. Stud wall moved to make the utility larger, LVT flooring fitted, custom made storage units and shelving designed by the customer. New sink and taps installed all finished ready for decorating by others.

Large kitchen refit completed including fitting plywood over existing floorboards, installing engineered oak flooring, new paneling to hallway, skirtings and picture rail where required and fitting the kitchen. Worktops will be quartz fitted by others.

Another staircase renovation completed this week using oak handrails, baserails and oak twisted spindles with the newel posts clad in an oak veneered board.

Out with the old in with the new! Black laminate worktops replaced for solid oak ones inuding a replacement sink unit to house the new Belfast sink and tap. Shelving fitted underneath the worktop and matching oak shelves fitted on the wall too. Laminate flooring installed to finish everything off, just the units to be sprayed by others for a complete kitchen renovation.

Flooring replaced after an appliance leaked water underneath it damaging the electric underfloor heating. Heating replaced by LNE electrical and plumbing.

Complete staircase renovation using the existing spine of the original stairs. All solid oak treads manufactured by my supplier and fitted on site by myself, finished with 3 coats of clear lacquer. Thankfully the customer was on holiday during installation!

Large decking revamped using charcoal composite boards. Timber frame replaced where required and new deck lights installed all ready for summer ☀️

Complete kitchen refurbishment finished recently, old units out, none load bearing wall removed, all areas prepared for plastering, new kitchen and worktops installed to design plan including made to measure boiler unit and bridging unit over the fridge freezer, all sink and washing machine plumbing altered, electrical and gas works completed by registered tradesmen.

New front door supplied and fitted, bench seating manufactured on site to customers requirements, stable doors manufactured and fitted, storage unit manufactured and fitted, just a few projects completed recently.

Three different styles of panelling completed to this property. Beading to create wall panels including a dado rail to the hall and stairs, shaker style to the bedroom, T,G and V boarding to the bathroom all fitted to the customers requirements.

A few jobs completed recently. Storage unit manufactured on site and fitted into an alcove all finished ready for decoration. Supplied door canopy assembled and fitted, slate and lead work installed too. Oak flooring fitted into a lovely farmhouse to compliment the existing oak, skirting removed and re fitted also.

Another set of stairs refurbished with oak handrails and spindles. Original newel posts clad with oak veneered boards.

Stairs refurbished from tired white to contemporary oak. Airing cupboard removed to create a more spacious landing space.
