This is one of my favorite photos from this year. It's a 30 second exposure, with a very slight Aurora in the sky while a Yooperlite Hunter walks past the camera. What a neat shot! I love Lake Superior and summertime Yooperlites!

I got an awesome surprise in the mail from the kids at 3 Lakes Academy! I take them out Yooperlite hunting every June for 6th grade graduation. It's always an amazing time! The kids made a card and signed a shirt for me!

Each year I take 3 Lakes Academy 6th graders Yooperlite hunting in Grand Marais for thier final class trip. After this trip each year the kids go on to other schools in the area and are no longer all together. This was my 3rd year and I absolutely love this trip every time.

Giant shipwreck on Lake Superior between the Hurricane River and the Au Sable Lighthouse in Pictured Rocks National Park. It is huge!
