I use to think having money wasn't spiritual. But that was a starving artist mentality that left me messing up a lot of relationships that had potential for huge creativity.

In hindsight that mindset created a lot of strength in me because I learned to do things because "I loved to" not because of how much money it brought me.

Now one day at a time I can grow my wealth and still have fun and be creative doing it. Take a minute to hear me speaking about my journey, it kinda gets long but I may you be inspired by the message.

When we first touched down in Thailand, the fresh air alone made us feel sky high. Everyone was relaxed, friendly and conscious on the quieter side of Thailand's Full Moon Party Island. A woman greeted "Hello Warrior" and we sat down after a long journey to have a delicious bowl of $2 homemade curry.

Daily yoga and time "off the grid" is essential these days. Particularly if you're coming from a dog-eat-dog city like NYC, our delicate nervous systems need more time to recharge then we give them. Capitalism is making us sick, at war with ourselves and at odds with each other. Mindfulness, intentional community and a holistic approach to health including our daily rituals and spiritual hygiene is of utmost importance.... A retreat in Thailand could be just the reset you need to break out of old habits and limiting beliefs.
