Gli appartamenti si trovano al centro di San Teodoro, in un contesto residenziale tranquillo all'interno di una villa suddivisa in appartamenti. Tutti gli alloggi sono al piano terra della struttura con affaccio sul giardino. L'accesso è privato e dotato di cancello con recinzione su tutto il perimetro. Gli appartamenti sono composti da soggiorno con angolo cottura, 1 bagno, 1/2 camere matrimoniale e doppie. Nella zona esterna, gli appartamenti sono provvisti di un tavolo con sedie per passare piacevoli serate.
Ottima location per chi arriva in aereo e senza auto, il centro città è raggiungibile a piedi, è molto vicino alla casa, i servizi sono nelle immediate vicinanze, non è necessario avere una macchina!

Le spiagge sono a circa 10 minuti a piedi. Il paese di San Teodoro è ben collegato con tutte le spiagge della zona e il porto e l'aeroporto.

The apartments are located in the center of San Teodoro , in a relaxing residential area inside a villa divided into apartments . All apartments are on the ground floor of the Villa overlooking the garden . The access to the apartments is private and gated with fence around the entire perimeter . The apartments have a living room with kitchenette , 1 bathroom , 1/2 double rooms/twins room. In the outdoor area , the apartments are equipped with a table and chairs for a pleasant and relaxing meal.
Excellent location for those who arrive by plane and car, very well connected to Olbia airport and port.
Tthe town center is within 3 minutes walking distance and 15 minutes walk to the beautiful "la Cinta beach". Supermarkets and all services are in close proximity, it is not necessary to have a car !

The beaches are about a 15 minute walk . The town of San Teodoro is well connected to all the beaches in the area and the port and airport .
