On the night of 16-17 July 1918 the former Emperor and his family were assassinated far from Saint-Petersburg and their home. It happened 100 years ago. Today there will be a special service for the family in St.Peter and Paul's Cathedral. So the cathedral would be closed. So all the groups were there in the morning. It was stuffy and crowdy and everytime I think about these people who are buried there and they are in epicenter of crowds even after their death. High title - high responsibility even after life...

Bell Ringing is an essential part of church services, a way to attract attention of people, clock, etc. There are different types of bell ringing. Different ringing is used on different days (on working days, on Sunday, on holy days, during fasts, Lent, Easter etc.) Different ringing is required for different services (for morning service, service for the dead, Liturgy, etc.). These differences are accomplished by ringing particular bells in particular ways. Usually we can see the bells from the distance but this video gives you an idea how it looks like inside.

Pavlovsk garden is one of the most beautiful and biggest gardens of Russia. For many years this garden inspired musicians to create and devote their compositions to this place. Today is Sunday, so we listened a bit of the outdoor music concert. Look at these lovely musicians!!! their velvet dresses!!! diadem-like flowers!!! youth, beauty, summer and music - a moment of happiness!!!
