JRC Family! We’re open. We are implementing and following all the regulations from the Ministerio de Salud for Covid-19 prevention. Everyone must bring their own mask which will be on at all times.

Guided public tours at 9:30 and 11:30am. Private tours at 2:00pm (Must be reserved in advance)

We’ll have a special tour for locals (Talamanca) – Thursday at 1:30pm (Cedula required)

Let’s enjoy this new phase with safety and make sure that everyone has a great time learning about the wildlife in Costa Rica!

Sitting here watching these amazing squirrels again.
They apparently know the mango season in this area is coming to an end. (Mother nature has it all worked out regarding mangos).
When one area’s season comes to an end, another area comes right into season. There's a constant supply year around.
Anyhow, back to the squirrels. Don’t know what all the fuss
is about. They can’t stash mangos in some hidden place. They don’t eat the pits and they haven’t mastered opening and closing our freezer (I don’t think). Must be establishing boundaries for next season.
Only wish they'd do this with less chattering and theatrics.
