The Global Management Trainee program is an intensive 10-month cross-functional training program that is designed to attract and develop the future leaders of AB InBev. After the 10 month rotational training period, you will be placed in an entry-level management position and be expected advance rapidly and cross-functionally within the organization. The 10 month program will consist of:
- Four weeks of country, zone, and global inductions
- Two nine-week field training segments in a brewery and region sales office
- Four month challenging project assignment
- Exposure to senior leaders
WHERE:
All over the US! During the 10 month program, you will travel to breweries and regional sales offices. After the program, you can be employed at any location in the US with Anheuser-Busch respecting your career interests and opinions. WHEN:
