What this is: This is a place to share good information about all facets of mountain biking in Kentucky. A place to connect with advocates working at local, regional and state levels. Take time for self-care, embrace the support of your teammates and coaches, and remember that you're not alone in your journey. Your mental strength is a powerful asset on and off the trails. 💚

Hi bike family. We hope this finds you safe and healthy. This year instead of asking we'd like to do our best to give to our Western KY communities. We are partnering with other organizations and businesses to help provide some assistance following the tornado on Dec. 10, 2021.
If you or someone you know could use some additional assistance please let us know and we will do our best to help. The following efforts were determined through conversations with Emergency Management and our trusted folks on the ground in Western KY.
