💫 Our travelers are truly all ages. When you come on a trip with us, there are so many incredible shared experiences to bond over, age doesn't matter. A little travel family forms and everyone has a place. Many of our travelers who come on one Meetup Tour, come on more. And of our repeat travelers, our youngest is 23 and the oldest is 82 with the average age of our travelers being somewhere in the middle. 😜 As long as are traveling with a smile, an open heart, and a positive attitude, you are pretty much guaranteed to return home with long time friends and couches to crash around the world.

What an amazing time our Turkey tour has been so far!

Here’s a recap of what our travelers have been up to since the tour started:

“I often get asked what my favorite place is, and I have a bunch of different answers depending on the context - for food? for the people? for the scenery? for the value for money? But not many people ask me what my favorite moments are. And I would like to share with you one of my all time most touching memories from our Meetup Tours. Morocco is already a magical country, and when you add in the experiences and people we have spent years adding to our itinerary, it makes for a super special trip. One of the ‘omg, this is so amazing, how is this my life’ moments is in the Sahara Desert.
After zooming around the desert on a 4x4, stopping at a Bedouin family’s home for tea and to see how they bake bread in the ground (seriously a make shift oven in the sand!), we go to meet our transportation for the evening: very well taken care of camels.
On camel back, we take a slow ride over sand dunes as the sun sets. We leave all traces of buildings, roads, and city lights behind as the sky turns pink and orange and the stars start to twinkle. We stop for photos and to sit and feel the peace of the desert. Then just when the sun is about to disappear behind the sand, our candle-lit camp comes into view.
