🇮🇹 Nonostante il ramen sia un piatto con caratteristiche dettate anche da varietà regionali, ci sono tre tipi di ramen che non possono mancare: Il ramen di Tokyo, di media pesantezza e a base di maiale; il ramen di Sapporo, a base di pollo, maiale e pesce; e infine il ramen di Hakata, composto da un brodo di maiale, un piatto molto pesante.
