A short video of our Yoga and Healing Retreat in Scotland.

We all had such a wonderful experience in the calming, peaceful surroundings of Eskdalemuir where we held Astroshamanic teachings and rituals with Mehal Mahipal, several forms of Yoga with Wild River Yoga, and spiritual healing sessions with Anamchara Healing.

As a group, we bonded over laughter, tears, and an open space to be our true selves. Such a magical experience with beautiful people❤️

A big thank you to all who attended, you made those three days what they were.🙏

Spending some quality time in Scotland...celebrating the Aries Full Moon. First we climbed a mountain before we went to connected to the scottish land at an ancient stone circle (3000 years old).

Marking the first use of the knowldege of natural cycles and rhythms...( basis of Astrology)...for survival, harvest, ritual, burials and rite of passage.

Reconnecting with the Spirit of the Earth....recharging batteries...pushing boundaries...finding inner peace...

I have just had a few days on the yoga retreat at Samye Ling Monastery with travel well. My sister and I met a lovely group of people and enjoyed our experience. The yoga teacher Judit was lovely and did all she could to help us with our yoga poses and Julie with Ross did healing. A very nice experience thank you fellow students. Our hearts are filled with love and gratitude. We all returned home safe from our wonderful Yoga and Healing Retreat at the Buddhist Monastery Samye Ling in Scotland.

It is hard to put into words the wonderful moments we were allowed to experience together. A true blessing of wonderful people gathering at the right time to dive deep into healing and exploring new territory.

Practicing Yoga, Mindfulness, exploring the power of Trance Dance and we learned about Astrology its movement and inspiration for self realization. A very nourishing and nurturing experience in the most beautiful settings....

Some of us were brave enough to get up at 5am to join the monks at the temple for the early morning Tara Meditation. When we walked to the temple it was really dark and we could see the stars and moon in the sky...afterwards a lovely mindful walk in nature...now...Hatha Yoga at 9am with lovely Wild River Yoga...

☆☆☆ Time for Reflection ☆☆☆ Whenever we take a journey we will feel the inner and outer movements. Depending on who we are travelling with and the places we visit. It is a good thing to balance travels with time of introspection. To tune in to our soul and feel what is going on. What has been activated, triggered, moved and shifted. Who we are now? We are not the same before the journey. Taking those moments of reflection and stillness can assist in gaining new direction. Clarity and focus. A moment when we not looking back nor look ahead but just feel where we are right now. I am "here". Right here - right now. Breathing in and Breathing out.

Our Yoga and Healing Retreat is coming up on the 26. - 29. of September at the beautiful Tibetan Buddhist Monastry in Scotland - Samye Ling. Nourish and Heal yourself with this amazing opportunity! Bookings are now open! Everything is included!!! - daily morning meditation sessions at the Temple - daily yoga practices (suitable for all ages and experiences) - daily healing circles - 1 x mindful healing walk - full board ( all vegetarian organic meals included) - tea, coffee & biscuits - single room accommodation (double on request) There will be plenty of time for you to rest and be in your own space and rhythm. Optional (not included in Retreat Price): Thai Yoga Massage with Judit (60min.) Spiritual Healing Sessions with Anamchara Healing (45min.) Great news ! Due to us now having a larger minibus we have more spaces for the German-speaking trip starting on the 14th of June 2024. We will be staying in Saltburn by the Sea which you can see in the below video, but travelling to many spiritual, fun, and beautiful locations around the North East of England.
