So proud of our Marie @marie.elise.pearce who is getting so good at the harp! I love hearing her practice. Very soothing and beautiful.
She's learning through tutorials she's finding online. She thinks she might be ready for a teacher now, though. If you know of a good harp teacher willing to teach online, please let us know.

Follow Your Heart to Greater Connection
In this video I talk about following your heart by connecting to yourself and others, even when it feels difficult. I share my practice of combating overwhelm to bring more fun and playfulness into what feels stressful.
I also offer an unexpected opportunity to be a part of our At Home in the World Family Retreat in Bali (Feb 26th - Mar 10th) at a huge discout, due to some last minute cancellations in our attendence. We're giving it away at cost, all inclusive. Or, if you're already in Bali and are interested in attending only our learning program, we're offering that on a donation basis.
If this sounds amazing to you, please get in touch with us via private message ASAP.
You can learn more about the retreat at this link:

I've never heard anything like the syncopated rhythms of the traditional Balinese Kecak dance. This completely a capella performance features rhythmic chanting, dancing, fire, and more. Note that this video shows the highlights of an hour-long performance. It's not all quite this intense. ;)
Gamelan Lesson
It was so fun to take a gamelan lesson with my family this last time we were in Bali. In this video, you can hear the scale and the notes that sound somewhat out of tune to western ears, but these notes are what make up virtually all of traditional Balinese music (outside of some really cool rhythms).
