In compliance with the Philippine local government unit (LGU) requirement for contact tracing, guests flying with Cebu Pacific are required to submit contact information and destination address. These details must be submitted within a set deadline. Please refer to the pre-flight reminder we send you via email for further details. Depending on the LGU requirement, failure to submit the needed information may result to denied boarding.
✈️Travel Requirements to Bacolod
Based on government regulations, guests bound for Bacolod are advised of the following guidelines.

✈️ Travel Requirements to General Santos
For guests flying to General Santos, please accomplish the travel requirements:
Negative RT-PCR (swab) or Antigen test result, issued within seventy-two (72) hours before the date of arrival
Pre-registration in TAPAT at least twenty-four (24) hours before your flight. Please save a printed or digital copy of the QR code as this will be scanned upon entering border checkpoints, establishments and offices.

Guests who have direct flights from Manila to General Santos may choose to undergo CEB’s Test Before Boarding. This is when guests can get an Antigen Test at NAIA Terminal 3, on the same day as the flight, for only PHP 700. Guests will only be allowed to board if the result is negative.
✈️ Travel Requirements to Bohol (Tagbilaran)
For guests flying from Manila to Bohol, please present the following travel document requirements, to be accepted for flight.

Confirmed Hotel Booking – accommodation should have a Certificate of Authority to Operate (CAO) from the Department of Tourism (DOT) or the Ultimate Bohol Experience (UBE) Seal from the Provincial Government of Bohol
Bohol Tourist Registration. Please save a digital or printed copy of the QR code, which will be scanned upon arrival at the Bohol-Panglao International Airport and upon entry and exit of establishments and sites.

✈️ Travel Requirements to Boracay (Caticlan)
Based on government regulations, guests bound for Boracay are advised of the following travel guidelines.
Effective Oct. 1, 2020, Caticlan (Boracay) Airport only accepts tourists. All Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI), Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF) and Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR) should travel via Kalibo, instead of via Caticlan. Please check with your local government units for the latest updates.

For Boracay Tourists, you are required to present the following documents, to be accepted for flight:

Guests bound for Lapu-Lapu City and Mandaue City are not required to present any travel document requirements; however, they will only be allowed entry into the city if they pass the symptoms screening at entry points. Please make sure to have a valid ID at all times.

All Davao-bound guests are required to download and register to the SafeDavao QR mobile app. Please make sure that registration is completed to get the QR code. All passengers must present this QR code upon check-in.
Effective March 23, 2021 - all guests bound for Davao must present a negative RT-PCR (swab) test result or a negative Saliva RT-PCR test result from Philippine Red Cross, conducted not more than seventy-two (72) hours before the flight. Children below twelve (12) years old are exempted from this requirement, if they are traveling with an adult with a negative RT-PCR test result.

All guests bound for Dumaguete City (including Locally Stranded Individuals, Returning Overseas Filipinos, Authorized Persons Outside Residence, and Tourists) are required to register in www.registerdumaguete.com and submit a clear copy of a negative RT-PCR (swab) test result, issued by a DOH-accredited testing facility and valid for seventy-two (72) hours after release of result.
Once completed, the Acceptance Certificate will be sent via email within twenty-four (24) hours from registration and submission of requirements. Travel must be completed within the validity of the Acceptance Certificate.

The Province of Surigao del Norte requires arriving guests to present the following documents, to be accepted for flight.
All arriving guests in the Siargao Airport and in the Surigao Airport are required to email the following documents to the Provincial Tourism Office at [email protected] to avoid delays in exiting from the airport. Please present the email confirmation of the Provincial Tourism Office upon check-in.

All other guests bound for destinations outside Tacloban City, including Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI) and Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF), are not required to present any travel documents. Face masks, face shields, and physical distancing are still required.
