🌟 Join Our Team as a Hotel & Accommodation Admin Superstar! 🌟

This role is a huge support to our Venue Manager with financial reporting, processing hotel takings, investigating discrepancies, and handling confidential matters. You’ll also be a key point of contact for guest services, managing enquiries, bookings, payments, and follow-ups - all while ensuring smooth hotel operations.

Position: Casual/Part-Time (Maternity Leave Contract)
Hours: 15-25 per week (e.g., Mon-Fri, 9am to 2pm)

Key Responsibilities:

⭐️ Verify POS takings, prepare cash for banking, and maintain accurate procedures.
⭐️ Manage emails, respond to guest inquiries, and liaise with HO and suppliers.
⭐️ Provide admin support to the Venue Manager, maintain filing systems, and assist with hotel promotions.
⭐️ Oversee accommodation reservation system, ensure compliance with WHS policies and maintain inventory supplies.

What We’re Looking For:

⭐️ Strong admin & organisational skills with attention to detail.
⭐️ Proficiency in banking and finance working with spreadsheets.
⭐️ Great communication skills and a professional, discreet approach.
⭐️ A customer-focused mindset with a professional approach to guest interactions.

HAIG DRIVE CLOSURE AND SECTION OF DAVISON DRIVE – being the entirety of Haig Drive, Haig Drive and Davison Drive T-junction to Freemans Landing and the section of road from the Valley Lake/Ketla Malpi playground carpark (eastern side) to the T-junction of Davison Drive will be closed.
