This is a detail of an art nouveau house in Jurišićeva - designed, built, and originally owned by the Greiner-Waronig studio. The same duo of architects designed the main post office in the same street.

The Zagreb funicular: two fun facts & one unfun fact:
😄The Zagreb funicular is one of the shortest funiculars in the world. Most say it's the shortest one, but there are some disputes:)
😁It will turn 135 next year!
🥹And will go under a huge renovation by the end of the year. It seems that we're going to have to walk up to the Upper Town during the Zagreb Christmas Carol tour season!
