How about a stone farmhouse that is in a quiet green area just a couple of minutes from gorgeous, uncrowded spacious sandy beaches, and just a few minutes to a lovely and lively town? This charmer almost looks like a Tuscan home, with its stone and cypress trees but is a real gem in the Cilento Coast, just outside Santa Maria di Castellabate! With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it's the right size, with a nice garden and views to the sea from the balconies! A great home in a great location!

It's a national holiday here in Italia!
April 25 is Liberation Day in Italy. It celebrates the liberation of Italy in 1945 from the fascist dictatorship of Mussolini and the German N**i occupation. In particular, it commemorates the Italian resistance formed by partisans who helped the Anglo-American forces to liberate Italy. While festivities are more subdued this year with the recent passing of Pope Francis, the day is usually highlighted by laying of wreaths and the singing of Bella Ciao, a resistance song. It is generally synonymous with "Liberta' " It is mostly a "ponte" or bridge, giving folks a long weekend to travel to visit friends or family, just explore someplace they haven't been for a few days.

Looking for a destination on the Amalfi Coast that doesn't require navigating the infamous curvy road? Want to be on the "quieter coast" with access by train and also city life close by yet still enjoy the classic coastal town ambiance? My people, I give you Vietri sul Mare! We have waterfront apartments, townhomes, and private villas - all in the colorful kaleidoscope of Vietri, famous for its ceramics! (And it is the only town on the Amalfi Coast with a rail station!)
