DVC Land brings magic and happiness to families all over the world by providing a more affordable way to book a Disney family vacation. 1. Choose your resort.
Choose your villa. Choose your travel date.
2. Use the point calculator to determine the points needed for your stay.
3. Multiply your point total by $14 per point to determine the total cost of your stay (15 points for stays of less than 50 points)
4. Fill out reservation availability form.
5. We will then determine if the dates are available for rent.
6. We send you an email confirming that the
dates are available (the reservation is not made at this point).
7. You submit $99 deposit for us to send the reservation to our DVC Members.
8. One of our DVC Members acknowledges the reservation request and agrees to reserve the accommodation.
9. We forward our DVC Member your reservation information.
10. Reservation is confirmed and confirmation is sent to you to add to My Disney Experience website.
11. Deposit payment of $8 per point (Less the $99 booking deposit) is due within one day of reservation confirmation.
12. Email agreement is sent to you and the DVC Member disclosing the agreement between the two parties.
13. Final payment is due 45 days before reservation.
14. Add Disney Dining/Disney’s Magical Express at least 30 days prior to arrival.
15. Arrive at your resort and check in
