Built c. 2600 BC, over a period of about 27 years, the pyramid is the oldest of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, and the only wonder that has remained largely intact. It is the most famous monument of the Giza pyramid complex. It is situated at the Northeastern end of the line of the three main pyramids at Giza.

Tsenku (Chenku) Waterfall also called Wuruduwurudu Fall is located in the Dodowa Forest near the Shai Hills Wildlife Reserve in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana.

Tsenku waterfall is 39km from the capital city of Accra and it is the only waterfall in the Region.

This beautiful Tsenku waterfall drop from a height of about 250 feet, running on stratified rocks into a cool, clean and clear pool with a large tilapia population.

The Tsenku stream is joined by two other streams “Sanyade” and “Popotsi” before meandering into the sea.

The most impressive thing about Tsenku waterfall is the huge, exposed rocks within the valley of the small Popotsi stream.

Brief history about one of the tourist sites to visit in Ghana (Kakum National Park).

Kakum National Park, located in the coastal environs of the Central Region of Ghana, covers an area of 375 square kilometres (145 sq mi).

Established in 1931 as a reserve, it was gazetted as a national park only in 1992 after an initial survey of avifauna was conducted.

The area is covered with tropical forest which lies in the fact that it was established at the initiative of the local people and not by the State Department of wildlife who are responsible for wildlife preservation in Ghana.

It is one of only 3 locations in Africa with a canopy walkway, which is 350 metres (1,150 ft) long and connects seven tree tops which provides access to the forest.

As one of the top 10 most visited sites in the country, the park holds immense cultural and historical significance.
