How it’s going: The demise of the sad front lawn so I can plant ALL the flowers, new floral friends in the beds, the summer gathering and cackling spot (which is a project for another day), my plastic Dollar Tree shower curtains providing privacy. My 3 week late 😡 Amazon couch finally arrived, puzzle pieces and making do until help arrives.

The past couple of days: back garden bed clean out (ivy & wild blackberry vine 😳), paint color testing (not quite there yet), b***y found at an Elks Club rummage sale en route to picking up my keys ($5 for the lot, including the vintage garden book), a shiny new pair of loppers given to me by my kind neighbor, planning (planting) ahead. 🌿🌸🌱🌼
