Our top travel tip 🫶:🌅 we love aesthetic videos to help us remember our travel adventures but it’s important to put your phone down and actually enjoy the trip. 🙌While we 💛 making content and filming videos while we travel, we have found these little tips to help us maximize our phone free time:☀️Take pictures/videos early in the morning, then spend the rest of the day off your phone.📲Have content specific days so that you can have phone free days! 📵Don’t spend any extra time on social media while you travel. We are glued to our phones at home, try not to carry that behavior over into vacation time. 🥰Set boundaries with yourself and don’t break them. It’s okay to want to capture everything, so before you leave for your trip set a realistic plan for how to keep your phone in your pocket more than your hand.Take in your surroundings and remember to be present, not just see everything through the camera on your phone. 🤗 #wonderfulworld #travelblogger #traveltips #traveltip #travelhacks #traveltipsandtricks
We’re ALL for the traditional tourist spots, but we also love to find things that are maybe less frequented by tourists. 🥰👇Here’s a list of a few secret gems of Prague:🌳Vrtba Garden: It’s a little escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s a bit tucked away in a seemingly residential area, but it’s absolutely stunning and worth a visit if you like flowers, greenery and a moment away from city noise.☕️ The Cafe at National Gallery: Okay, hear me out. I know this doesn’t sound all that exciting, but it was one of my favorite parts of my recent trip to Prague! 💥PRO TIP: Make sure you order a lemonade. It’s not what you expect but is so refreshing and delicious. The cafe is home to loads of locals that come to hang out - chat, work, etc. It’s lovely to people watch and get a glimpse into local life.🪩Dancing House: This is becoming more and more popular for people to visit, but take your visit a step further by visiting the chic Fred and Ginger restaurant at the top of the Dancing House Hotel.💌Post Office: This may sound lame given that most post offices are usually associated with long wait times and boring decor, but the Post Office of Prague is worth looking into. The interior is artfully decorated and the glass ceiling lets in lots of natural light. Have you visited any of these spots in Prague before?!👇#prague #praguetravel #praguetrip #europetravel
Dare I say Pragues food scene is underrated. 👀Here’s what I ate in Prague👇🇨🇿Traditional Czech pastries can be found in nearly all the bakeries in Prague. A couple that we love: koláč and větrník. Koláč is always round in shape, with various fillings in the middle, most often poppy seed, cottage cheese, or plum jam. The surface of the cake may be decorated with almonds, raisins, or sprinkled with streusel topping. Větrník is a choux pastry puff filled with yolk cream and caramel whipped cream, topped with a caramel fondant. 🤤🍝Okay, so I ate all of my personal lasagna before I got to take a picture. 😅 Whoops! It was DELISH. So many different flavors. And the place is super charming inside. 📍Aux Merveilleux de Fred is not unique to Prague, and they have numerous locations all over the world. All of their options are so tasty. You truly can’t go wrong with anything.🥬Tradition meal: Okay starting off my fav part is the spinach and mushrooms. The rest of it wasn’t my fav but you have to try! The main feature of this meal is the Pilsner Urquell. 🍺 Did you know this is the original Pils Lager from which golden beers all over the world are derived? And it’s from Czech Republic! So naturally, I had to try, and yes, I recommend you get one if you’re in town. 🍩 Oh Deer Bakery: They’ve got donuts, cronuts, muffins, and everything in between. It’s all delicious, and their branding and packaging is incredible! I love it so much. It’s like getting a little words of affirmation every time you open your box of goodies 😉•• #prague #praguefood #praguefoodguide
Prague is absolutely stunning, and the people are so lovely. BUT 👇With planning a 3 week trip through Europe I missed 1 CRUCIAL detail. 🫣I completely forgot to check the currency. 💰I guess I just assumed Europe would be on the Euro. 💶Nope, not Czech Republic! They have their own currency, the Czech koruna or Czech crown (Kč / CZK). I was able to get cash from an ATM at the airport, but it would’ve been nice to know before I arrived so I wouldn’t have been so surprised when I didn’t recognize the cash that was dispensed. 😂This happen to anyone else??
Sometimes the hardest part about traveling is all the prep beforehand. We’re all a little different, how do you prep? 👇#travelbloggerlife #travelling #travelblogger #travel #TravelGoals #traveltips #traveltipsandtricks
Hello new friends!! ☺️We’re so glad you’re here. We’re Ashley and Kelly, together, we’re Peachy Passports! 🥰🍑Why Peachy? We actually met in high school in Georgia where we grew up, but later both found ourselves living in Los Angeles working in entertainment. 🎬That’s when our friendship really blossomed. 👯♀️We’ve both traveled extensively, though, never together (one day soon!). And we realized that so many of our conversations revolve around travel, the ups and downs of it, the beauty of it, the vulnerability of it. There’s such a powerful connection that comes with traveling, and we want to share that with you all, so thanks for being here! 🗺️
