some people think an out of state property is a headache. NOPE not at all.

Because its out of state, you do so much MORE due diligence than local investors, you become RAZOR sharp, and eagle eye, about catching and accounting for everything. Paris Travel Schedule and Itinerary - And Thank You to the 6 of you already signed up!!!
This email is regarding Paris Latin Dancing, stay tuned for next week when I announce my next workshop on how to invest out of state!!!!

Schedule For Latin Dancing Paris

All of these are optional if you want to sit it out or are too tired. I suggest you start practicing now lol.

Soiree means dance or party (we'll go over the top 30 common terms to know in dancing so you understand what everyone is saying).

Please note these are set currently adn scheduled, but subject to change if the vendor changes for any reason. If there is a change, we can easily find an alternative. Paris dance scene is popping with classes and soirees. You have a lot of free time included in the schedule, as most practices and dance Soirees are in the evenings, so take advantage to go sight seeing (We will go the best and easiests ways to get around, and how to navigate traveling through the metro and bus system easily on our pre-calls).

The evening practice takes place on a huge boat on the River Seine, with 3 different rooms for dance. Its an amazing experience.

I absolutely adore Paris and France.

And What I Adore more than that? The Paris Latin Dance Scene! They know how to dance and Have FUN!!

I am not exaggerating to say in my opinion it is the HOTTEST latin dance scene in the world. They fly instructors in from all over the world (France calls itself the capital of culture and invests in the best of the best, it's part of their culture to do so and expect their citizens to also be cultured). The local instructors fly all over the world for their own expertise. The scene is absolutely amazing, set in the beautiful backdrop of Paris.

As I go every month now in my semi-retired state (through real estate investing), and I learned how to flow and some of the best spots to practice, I would like to offer the opportunity for those interested to travel with me for Latin Dancing! We will fly to beautiful Paris, stay at a wonderful hotel, and not only build community with pre-group calls and 2 group dinners, but we will spend 5 days and 4 nights dancing to Bachata, Tango, and Bachata!
Some of you will be familiar with these dances, and they are new to others. Great for beginners to advanced learners. I was a new latin dancer a few months ago too!

This will be a fun and relaxing 5 days, and very girly for those that want to indulge.
