So much work this weekend, but Starlight Mountain is now better than ever! Installed a new 70 inch tv in the loft game room, as well as a mini fridge, record player, bar area, lighting, and comfy swivel chairs. This room is ready for sports fans! Increased the internet speed and all smart tvs now have YouTube TV instead of the ole mountain cable.

Off the game room, we installed an ac unit in the sunroom, so the space can be used year round. Comfy pullout couches and a dedicated remote work space with a killer mountain view really make this room so inviting. LiLi spent hours up here drawing!

For the primary bedroom on the top floor, we updated the bedding and some art, plus upgraded the decor in the primary bath.

Downstairs, we installed shelves in the kitchen, and updated the lighting, cookware, and added a bougie countertop oven.

The living room finally has a new 55 inch smart tv!

The queen bedroom has new art and bedding, plus a larger smart tv.

One of my favorite updates is the decor in the downstairs bath. The new shelves and shower curtain are a whole forest mood 🍄🍄‍🟫🌙🦉

Outdoors, the deck got a fresh stain and it’s looking gorgeous. In the back, we put in a second propane fire pit and some seating, so you can now hang out and roast s’mores deep in the forest after soaking in the hot tub.

Valentine’s Weekend! Starlight Mountain is great anytime of year, but snuggling up and roasting marshmallows in the crisp mountain air is amazing! Make sure to visit the wineries for beautiful views and go shopping for some handmade jewelry!

The fall season is in full swing! Our favorite breakfast spot, Serenity Garden, is all decked out. Visit the quaint towns of Ellijay and Blue Ridge for fall cookbooks and decor, and don’t forget the Bigfoot Museum!!

Starlight Mountain is the perfect place to watch the Orionid Meteor Shower! Grab a blanket, turn on the fire table, turn off the lights, and enjoy the beautiful night sky!
