Lovely to meet Bruce Springsteen fans Marc, Mary and Heather from the US, Iva originally from Croatia (lives in UK); Then self-confessed nervous cyclist Tobi from Cardiff who didn't let the occasional heavy rain put her off - good to be able to help her gain confidence on two wheels. Finally Martin and Helen from Australia who got the best of the sunshine. 🌤

I love this poem by Joao Morais, on the wall of Dominion Arcade. Cardiff's Victorian and Edwardian arcades are definitely one of the best bits of the city. We sometimes find that tourists have missed them as they're exploring the centre.

A great couple of days of cycle tours with some lovely people - AJ and Debbie from the Netherlands, Ed from the US, Krista from Pontypridd and Richard from Cardiff. Bumped into Leighton doing a photoshoot in a kilt, Cardiff Castle guide Gareth and got to cheer on the Big Moose runners.
