The weekend is here and it's time to unwind. Grab a cuppa, print off this beautiful mandala and enjoy a few hours relaxing, whilst you colour in your healing creation.

Why colour in a mandala you ask?

Well mandala's have been used in most religions for centuries past, to aid ones meditation and create better connection with one's inner world. The Mandala is a spiritual and ritual symbol in Indian religions, representing the universe. In common use, the mandala has become a generic term for any diagram or geometric pattern that represents the cosmos metaphysically or symbolically. In various spiritual traditions, mandalas may be employed for focusing attention as a spiritual guidance tool; one that establishes sacred space, and aids meditation and in some cases trance induction.

Creating mandalas helps stabilize, integrate, and re-order inner life. Colouring in your Mandala therefore offers you a chance to not only unwind, but to also take a few hours to reconnect with your creativity and inner self.
