The resulting seasonal wildlife spectacle attracts thousands of birdwatchers and other eco-tourists to our region each spring and fall. This newly renovated room overlooks the protected wetlands that contain flora native to our Southwestern Ontario piece of natural abundance.

The Flora Room goes hand in hand with our next room - the Fauna room (coming shortly) as these plants provide the habitats for all the wildlife that live here

Ummm...just discovered this gem Hidden Haven Farm on the road leading into ErieView! Who would have thought somewhere so close would have my favourite things... FARM FRESH VEGGIES 🍆🥒 PLANTS 🪴 BOOKS 📚 and ALPACAS 🦙

Bought some basil plants 🌿

Loved the experience of seeing a family of swans welcoming us to the neighbourhood!

One perk about Erie View's Lakehouse is the abundance of wildlife you are able to experience. Erie View backs up to a wetland and the Clean Water Green Spaces Project - Big Creek Watershed.

There is so much more to discover and learn in this quaint part of Essex County.
