Despite the somewhat less-than-perfect reputation the Bronx has had in the past, the borough is largely safe to visit and explore. The Bronx is over 42 square miles in size, has an underlying but vibrant culinary and bar scene. Arthur Avenue, with its authentic trattorias, panifici/ Bakery (fresh bread), imported products like cold cuts , cheeses and wines, considered the more authentic version of Manhattan's "Little Italy". You can also find a range of local breweries in the Bronx, which seems to be carrying the weight of the city’s long beer-brewing history. A must-visit is the Bronx Brewery, but don't forget the Bronx Zoo, the Bottanic Garden, the Yankee Stadium, and the movies shooting spots just like " The Joker", The Godfather and more of course.

Paseando por la 5th Avenue nos perdimos con mucho gusto entre las decoraciones navideñas de Rockefeller Center, las ventanas elegantemente decoradas de Saks, Cartier, Tiffany, Saint Lauren, Coach y más. La energía de Nueva York es única, diría casi mágica!

Long before One World Trade Center towered over Lower Manhattan, an American sycamore or buttonwood tree on Wall Street was the tallest thing in the area, and the center of commerce. It was 225 years ago, May 17, 1792, under that very tree, that 24 stockbrokers and merchants signed the so-called Buttonwood Agreement, establishing the parameters for trading in the first incarnation of the New York Stock Exchange.

The Oculus is home to 12 subway lines, the World Trade Center PATH station, and dozens of retailers, serving over a million people every week.

Il Bow Bridge - Ponte ad arco ,🍂🌲🍁🎄🎋🌲🍁🍂,🌲🍁🍂
È un ponte in ghisa situato a Central Park proprio alle spalle di Strawberry Fields. Qui sono stati girati alcuni film come SpiderMan 3, Enchanted, Uptown Girls, Highlander, When in Rome, Autumn in New York, Great expectations, Night at the Museum, Glee, Made of Honor, Manhattan and The Way We Were .
Questo ponte viene considerato simbolo d'amore. Ed è una della tante attrazioni che Central Park offre.

Perché è famoso il Ponte di Brooklyn?

Il Ponte di Brooklyn fu il primo ponte sospeso con cavi in acciaio e all'epoca della sua realizzazione i suoi 1595 piedi (486 metri) di larghezza massima lo hanno reso il ponte sospeso più lungo del mondo.
Terminata la sua costruzione nel 1883, divenne il ponte più lungo del mondo, con ben 1825 metri di lunghezza e una distanza fra i pilastri di quasi 500 metri.

Started in 1981, the marathon is one of the country’s premier half marathons, according to the RBC organization. This year’s event will feature actress Ellie Kemper, and MTV’s Catfish host Nev Schulman in attendance.

The RBC Brooklyn Half will begin at the Brooklyn Museum, passing Grand Army Plaza, and Prospect Park and along Ocean Parkway to the finish line on the famous Coney Island boardwalk.
