We've had such wonderful guests stay in the upper residence at 331. We thank them for their amazing and lovely feedback.
And...
We love that Colorado Drifters originated on the main floor, were sad that they left, but genuinely happy for their need to grow and continue to be important to the community. May they thrive!
So...
This building, which was brought back to life by the Ringers (my parents), will truly be missed when it sells. It's been a cherished adventure... we added & improved while also enjoying downtown. We've made friends, provided jobs, & a special place for many to stay. How cool!!

We look forward to what's next to happen within this space.....

For as much as we love the New Castle Colorado building, We have decided to sell.
Not officially on the market yet, but we are open to offers while we get things situated. We simply determined that we don't have the family-draw there anymore. Plus, when we visited for a few days and met people during the open house, we realized how special it is to have a place where you can live upstairs, with all the conveniences of town, and the potential to run your own business on the main level. The building is best as a whole as it breathes and feels even more lovely when it is one. Comfortable, historic, unique and beautiful...and can be set up for many uses.
