Mardi Gras is one big party and at Universal it goes for a couple months so from now until April 7th is the best time to make travel plans!

Mardi Gras food menus have been announced! This is only half of what will be available! I’ll do a second post on the other food booths as well!
There are a lot of vegetarian options this year along with vegan and gluten sensitive items! I’m especially excited for the Thailand and Philippine booths this year!
