From doodling in her books in elementary school, to an awe inspiring career in design, Tokyo wishes to turn her surroundings and experiences into art that tells a story of 1,000 words. With her mother being a social studies teacher, and frequent trips to local museums, her imagination was her greatest gift as she was introduced to such great artists like Picasso and Da Vinci. As she grew older, an
d the support from her family and friends became stronger, Tokyo felt it was time to turn her passion into a career. As she continues to develop her own skills with graphic designing and other artistic outlets, she hopes to one day inspire those who also share her passion; fulfill her purpose in this life through her "unorthodox" designing style. Tokyo is currently working as a tattoo artist and designer based in Mount Vernon. She also takes on projects for designs work for her company, "Designs By Tokyo".
