I will say this with so much love because I want to see you thrive. You won’t stand out doing what everyone else is doing 🟰 putting little to no effort on creating visual content that converts!
The competition is fierce out there… they say Airbnbs are saturated… but do you know what I believe is saturated? Instagram profiles for Airbnbs/STR with no branding, and real estate-type photography that makes me do that silent scream 😫 I want you to do better on the ‘gram!
Here’s how you can start planning your content to make your profile stand out and grab the attention of your potential guests!
1️⃣Optimize your bio! Make sure you include keywords in your name, your bio description should highlight your amenities, location, how your guests will feel when staying in your property, and a call to action so they can book using the link in your bio.
2️⃣Select your brand colors and stick with them when creating content - don’t know how to select your colors? Comment “Colors” below and I’ll send you a quick video on how to do this.
3️⃣Focus on how you can sell an experience. Is it the views, the sound of birds in the morning, the starry sky at night, the coffee shop that’s walking distance?
4️⃣Create engaging content, not just boring images. Record videos of the flowers, the morning coffee, the sun rays coming through the window and use it as reels.
