Established in Kalkan in 2015 we are pleased to now offer our services and property portfolio direct to the UK market under the name Lycian Escapes Ltd(Company number 11238772)

Perched on a hillside on a high position with panoramic views around,Villa Manzara accomodates 6 people in its 3 en-suite bedrooms.From the moment that you arrive, you’ll fell a sense of peace and tranquillity.

Each of the three en suite bedrooms is sea facing and the stylish neutral décor and villa layout invokes a sense of space, calm and wellbeing even when the villa is full.

With an alfresco dining area, stone built oven/BBQ, comfortable seating and that view, evenings were made for passing time here.

For peace and seclusion but with cosmopolitan restaurants within a 10 minutes taxi ride, this is the villa you’ve been searching for.

All of our villas are special, but The Cactus House is right up there as one of our favourites.
Imagine a villa built in the traditional Turkish style but then beautifully and tastefully renovated both inside and out transforming it into a chic, luxurious and secluded haven nestled amongst the olive groves above Kalkan.

Sleeping 8 in four beautifully appointed bedroom suites this villa caters for both discerning adults and younger guests alike. Boasting the largest outdoor villa pool in Kalkan, it also offers an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis, full size hammam (Turkish Bath) and gymnasium. Smaller guests will be happy whiling away their time in the games room, outdoor play area (including tree house, climbing wall, swing and slide) and when the heat of the day becomes too much, heading off to the cinema room for a film show in the cool.
