I found a duck egg this evening which I have been waiting on. Plus I only found four of my ducks in the pond. 😕 Incubation is in motion. Praying in that 6-7 day range it’ll have an embryo under the candle!

My place is only 10 miles from a Phoebe Putney, 8 miles to the mall, and close to the best restaurants in the city. Plenty of space outdoors to walk, bike, or just to enjoy the view. It’s 15 minutes from downtown but far enough to feel like a retreat. Use of the firepit, gazebo, charcoal grill, & gas grill. Carport for 1 car and fenced backyard for all size pets. Assistance animals are exempt. Assistance animals cannot be left alone at any moment in the listing. We have 2 dogs ourselves.

Adjacent to the log cabin, the independent apartment is surrounded by natural areas and beautiful views. There is a pond with bass frequently visited by cardinals, deer, and other animals.
