I understand the deep desire to live the life you feel called to live. I know what it’s like to live locked up in what feels like someone else’s life and yearn to be free to live your own beautiful, wild and unique life. I spent years in hiding and repression. Past experience and fear kept me from living my own life. But finally, the yearning to live free overtook my fear and I started listening,
and then I started stepping into my own life. Slowly, almost one brick at a time, I dismantled the parts of my life that weren’t mine to live, gathered the support I needed to heal the parts of me that were hurting, dissolved the fears that were holding me back and rebuilt a life that is truly my own. Along the way I learned just how joyful it is to live my own life. Somewhere during this transformative process, I realized that I love helping others step into their own lives as well. So I enrolled in life coach training with Martha Beck, and joined up my life experience with education, tools and resources to help others who are yearning to live their own lives succeed – not just in living a different life, but a better one – joyful, vibrant and uniquely their own!
