While it may not be everyone's vibe, this is my personal recipe for connection and growth ➡️ Exploring a place isn't just about ticking off landmarks; it's about immersing yourself in its soul, its people. In some parts of Mexico, couples take advantage of the travel from the ceremony to the reception by an old tradition -- La Callejoneada -- a wedding parade that combines music, drinks, celebration and large puppets called Mojigangas! The Mojigangas are meant to depict the bride and groom! For example, if the groom has a beard then his Mojiganga will have a beard! We were simply walking the streets of mexico into what was such a beautiful tradition to see and learn all about authentically and by chance! It is moments like this that just always keep us on our toes when traveling!
