Stop promoting to***co to kids!

We and advocates worldwide are calling on Philip Morris International, Hearst and Condé Nast to stop promoting to***co products to youth.

Across the globe, Hearst and Condé Nast’s magazines like Glamour, Vogue, ELLE, Seventeen and Esquire are promoting Philip Morris’ to***co products on social media. These magazines represent fashion and culture, and they reach large youth audiences. It’s no surprise that the to***co industry is taking full advantage to glamorize and sell their deadly products.

We implore Condé Nast and Hearst to stop giving a platform to Big To***co — the deadliest business in the world.

What motivates their work: As an organization that was founded on volunteer efforts to provide health education and screenings to the medically underserved Chinese community of New York City, we understand how crucial it is to provide high-quality and affordable health care to everyone regardless of the language they speak, their immigration history, or their ability to pay. This reason is also why we offer free services, such as our Quit Smoking Program, to all community members and not just our patients. The Health Center is always striving to ensure that everyone has full and equal access to the highest level of healthcare.
