This is a generous house with large living space and good-sized sleeping spaces. All bedrooms are ensuite.

Master bedroom has a king size bed. Ensuite with shower + bath. Separate dressing area. Private balcony with Sea Views and day bed.

First bedroom has a Queen size Canopy bed. Ensuite shower + bath

Set-up during load-shedding times:
Integrated inverter installed allowing lights, mostly plug points, Fridge/ Freezer. Wi-Fi and TV to work. There is also a gas hob and gas indoor and outdoor available to use.

Other things to note.
The house is fitted with an Inverter. This means that WIFI, plugs, TV, lights and alarm will work during loadshedding times. There is also a gas hob and BBQ which can be used. Some larger appliances like the oven and Aircon are not operational during these times. Fans can be provided if needed.

The balcony is the perfect setting for sundowners and enjoys uninterrupted views of Table Mountain and of the city. Close to all major attractions on Bree Street where you can find great restaurants, bars , art galleries, museums etc. You will absolutely love it, promise :-)
The space
Centrally located in the heart of Cape Town, close to all major access routes and tourist attractions, explore the Waterfront, historical Bo Kaap, Gardens and the infamous Table Mountain, all within 5 minutes of the apartment.
Other things to note
Please note that identity documents are required for the check-in process, as required by the body corporate.

POPI NOTICE

This automated reception process is compliant with all relevant legislation and is POPI certified. Data is safely stored off-site and off-device, and will not be shared with a 3rd party or any unauthorized personnel.
This process is to ensure your safety, as well as the safety of others and we thank you for your cooperation.

A Nespresso machine is available, as well as coffee pods, canola oil, tea bags, coffee, milk, salt, and pepper :)

The pool can be used at your leisure. Enter on level 11, and use the tag for access.

The building has a backup generator for the hallway lights, lifts, and parking gates. We have installed load-shedding lights in the apartment for your ease and comfort during load-shedding as well as a UPS for backup wifi and to be able to charge your devices during load shedding.

NB: Any goods left in the apartments after checkouts should be claimed and collected within a maximum period of 5 days. Should no claims be made in 5 days, items will then be processed for recycling.
