Farmhouse available for bookings in Siddipet, Telangana. It is located at Chinna Gundavelly to Dubbak road.

𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 (No negotiation):
- For 24 hours:
- Weekdays: Rs.18,000/-
- Weekends: Rs.20,000/-
- Any functions with 50-100 members gathering: Rs.25,000-30,000 only
- Weekends are considered Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Price is for up to 20-25 members
- Security deposit of Rs.4000/- is mandatory

- Check-in time: 1:00pm
- Checkout time: 11:00am

1) 4 AC Rooms with sleeping arrangements for 25 members (extra mattresses available)

5) Indoor Games available such as Carroms, chess, ludo, Uno cards, and Tambola
6) Outdoor games available such as Volleyball, Rubber Frisbee, cricket, shuttle, and badminton
7) Open lawn for birthday parties
8) Powerful JBL Music system
9) Barbecue stand with barbeque grills
10) Inverter backup

𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁:
1) Projector
2) Camp fire

𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
1) Outdoor food allowed and self-cooking available for up to 15 family members
2) Restaurants available within 5kms from the farm

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘆:
1) Coal for barbecue
2) Any other food can be ordered

𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀:
1) Bookings are on a first-come, first-serve basis
2) 50% of the booking amount must be paid for confirmation, and the remaining 50% should be paid during check-in at the farmhouse
3) The advance amount will not be refunded in case of booking cancellation, even for critical reasons
4) Two Aadhar cards and the alternative number of a caretaker must be provided to the host. Confirmation details will be sent via message
5) A refundable security deposit of minimum Rs. 4,000/- must be paid to the watchman during check-in
6) Payment through PhonePe or Google Pay is accepted
