Hello there!

We want to talk about one dramatically important part of Bachelor’s nature. It’s a special Daniil Dankovsky’s tool for interacting with the infected environment. Bachelor is primarily an analyst, an attentive and focused observer. Therefore, his instrument is an evolution of the former plaguefinder, but now the device works not only as a detector. We will surely tell more about its functions and impact on the gameplay later, but now we suggest you put forward your own hypotheses, looking at the rejected sketches.

During the creation of concept arts, its form has changed way more than once. We have come a long way: from purely technical options, attempts to imagine how such a device could work “if it really existed” — to abstract devices that promote concentration and mental acuity. For Bachelor it has to work the same way the to***co pipe works for Sherlock. We are still looking for an option that can carry out non-trivial types of impact on the environment without being extraneous to the world of our game.

The work on this tool is still in progress, but even now we can show you how it could end up looking.

We have said that games are an art for quite a numerous times. The love of art is what unites us with our players. And we know there are many talented and passionate people among them. That is why we decided to hold an inktober challenge — a competition, where artists can test their skills.

How will that work?
At the beginning of October we will offer you 31 topics. Every week subscribers will vote for the best artwork.

How to send the artwork?
All artworks have to be uploaded on your personal Fb account using this hashtag - . At the end of each week you need to gather all your works to the one specific post and use the hashtag mentioned above.

You will find out all the other details a little bit later. We are waiting for your wonderful drawings and wish good luck to each participant!
