If anyone uses Delta Vacations for Jamaica & attempts to use Ray via their excursion department, cancel immediately! He booked my clients for excursions via Chuka Excursions and cheated them out of 2 excursions. He was also non-responsive to hotel concierge trying to assist them with their transportation to the airport. He provided horrible service and I will be reporting him to Delta Vacations as well as the tourist board. My clients are going to dispute their charges as well since they did not receive the full excursion experience they paid for! When we travel, we must be diligent unfortunately because scammers are waiting to prey on tourists!
