Stretch of th

e Imagination embraces a flowing, heat building style of yoga. This energetic practice builds strength and flexibility in both body and mind. While energetic, classes are tailored and appropriate for all levels of ability. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace as they develop body awareness. Susan is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Trainer and holds additional certifications in teaching yoga for children, pre-natal yoga, yoga for seniors and yoga for cancer patients. Susan has worked extensively with those undergoing cancer treatment, holding classes at Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester, Pluta Cancer Center and Callan-Harris Physical Therapy. The addition of Reiki training has added depth to classes and healing energy to those seeking a personal treatment
