SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT ON MSC DRINK PACKAGES:

MSC Cruises is introducing updates to its beverage packages to enhance the onboard experience while promoting a balanced approach to indulgence. Starting from 18th December 2024, these changes will apply to sailings departing from 1st April 2025 onwards. Here’s what you need to know about the new packages and how they can enhance your guests’ cruise experience.

What’s Changing?

Unlimited Non-Alcoholic Drinks: Guests can continue to enjoy unlimited soft drinks, juices, and other non-alcoholic options as part of their package.

Alcoholic Drink Limits: Packages will now include up to 15 alcoholic drinks per day per person. This limit helps create a responsible and enjoyable atmosphere while maintaining the high-quality service MSC is known for.

Additional Drinks: If guests wish to enjoy more than the 15 alcoholic drinks included, they can do so at an additional charge.
Special Considerations for MSC Yacht Club Guests

For those staying in the exclusive MSC Yacht Club, unlimited drinks will still be available within the Yacht Club area. However, the 15-drink limit will apply when dining or relaxing in other parts of the ship.

For Existing Bookings:

Guests who book their drinks package before 18th December 2024 will continue to receive the service corresponding to their original package. This ensures no surprises for those who have already planned their trip.

My Take on this:

I totally get it, MSC is a great value still after this change.

It's really hard to get 15 drinks in a day, this will effect very few people…

Travel Update!

Americans can now renew their passports online! Finally!

After a very successful beta test, it is now available to everyone!

Around 50% of renewals are expected to be processed this way in the future.

Remember that this service is only available if you’re in the U.S., and your passport hasn’t expired for more than 5 years. This is said to be convenient for travelers, however, officials are warning the public that it may not necessarily be faster!
