Previously Yatra was organized by the coordination of different groups and Trusts who were making all the arrangements for the yatra like Darshan arrangements, Medical facilities, Langer (Open Kitchen) and other necessary arrangements , but 2005 onwards Shri Amarnath Ji Shrine board was established which looks after all the arrangements along with the support from J&K Government and other Trusts and organizations who are will to lend their support for Amarnath Yatra.
