Hunting is exciting. It gets your heart beating faster, it gets your palms sweating, it makes you think differently. Buffalo hunting is the same, except times ten. Buffalo hunting changes your life. Bowhunter Marc with is trophy Black-backed Jackal. These are very difficult animals to harvest with archery equipment. Even though they are predators and are seen by many as pests, they are beautiful animals and to add a full mount Jackal to your trophy room might just be what you need to take it to the next level.

This beautiful Nyala was harvested by Alan Burkhart at the Tom Miranda main camp. Alan put a perfect stalk on the bull and executed a terrific shot. Harvesting a Nyala bull of this quality with archery equipment on a spot and stalk hunt is incredible accomplishment.

A big bird with a big story. Tom Melton wanted a big male Ostrich trophy and worked hard to get an opportunity on one. When the Ostrich he wanted finally presented a shot Tom switched from his bow to his wife's crossbow and took the shot. The rooster started dancing in circles the moment the arrow hit him. He danced for what felt like five minutes stopped and took off running like a mad man. With a little bit of tracking and some running Tom got his dream trophy along with a hunt that he will never forget.
