Last year, Brian had a chance to visit Ethiopia. Ethiopia is a country situated in the Horn of Africa. It is rich in water resources earning it the informal title of water tower of East Africa. Ethiopia is the source of more than 85% of the great Nile River. It's unique cuisine and music continue to gain popularity worldwide as its growing international diaspora attains more visibility. The country proudly counts close to 100 local languages. While political volatility in the past 3 years has placed a temporary dent in its reputation as one of the most stable countries in Africa, Ethiopia is a very welcoming country to tourists from all over the world.
