On December 1,st I am having eye surgery to remove a cataract,  replace my lense and remove blood from my eye,   I am legally blind and there is no guarantee that it will improve any of my vision.   Since I am on disability  i am on a limited income.  It is my dream to have a IPAD so i can use it...
