Position:
We are looking for a Crew Leader to join our team. Someone who can lead, inspire and motivate others on the crew to ensure the job gets executed to plan, on time, in good quality, and on budget. As a key team member, your role requires excellent painting skills, a strong work ethic, and energy to meet the demands of the commitment.

Responsibilities:
Coordinating and executing painting jobs as per the Scope of Work.
Ensuring Quality Assurance on all job sites;
Maintaining inventory of equipment and ensure that proper equipment is used on the job;
Assist with paint pickups, ability to drive and maintain tidiness of the Sprinter van;
Coordinating and ensure all painting tools are properly cleaned and returned for use if not cleaned on job site;
Providing accurate and timely communications to ensure all activities execute as planned, no surprises.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years commercial painting experience;
Valid driver’s license
Exceptional work ethic and integrity;
Proven leadership abilities and passion for leading a team;
Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and are willing to roll up your sleeve to get things done;
Strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task
Ability to communicate in both English & Spanish is a great asset!

This position is to Grow into Project Engineer!
