Answer: We always recommend casually elegant attire and you may want to pack something a bit dressier for the Captain's Night.
2. What type of amenities are in the bathroom?
Answer: We provide shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, safe and more!
3. What ages are allowed on board?
Answer: While there is a minimum age limit of 4 years old on our European ships, the recommended age for children on board is 7+!
4. When am I able to reserve my excursions?

WHAT TO PACK FOR AN ALASKA CRUISE.

I just returned from a 1 week Alaska Cruise (Apr 29 to May 7).
My recommendation is to prepare to dress in layers.

Some Main Packing Suggestions:
-Lightweight puff coat (I also had a heated vest)
-Waterproof light jacket (that will fit over a fleece)
-Fleece zip
-Tees & long sleeve base layers
-Leggings or casual pants
-Jeans
-Sweatshirts or light sweaters
-Lightweight scarf
-Hat & gloves
-Rainproof shoes
-Comfortable shoes for walking
-Some dressy clothes for evening but not required
NOTE: If your ship has self-serve laundry facilities on board, you can pack less and wash as required

What I didn't need:
-Umbrella (not recommended in the wind)

We experienced several days that got warm when the sun was shining and one day of light drizzle.

Bring those binoculars! It will help to see wildlife like whales and bald eagles.

Our Alaska Cruise stop in KETCHIKAN

Ketchikan is the Salmon Capital of the World and Alaska's first city. It is also known for it's totem poles and colourful history.

Brent & I took a "Duck Tour" and then walked around the town. It was easy as the town was so close to our ship
